Kafedra FarPI rektorining 2011 yil 29 oktyabr №578 - L/O sonli “Institut kafedralarini majmuasini takomillashtirish, yangi kafedralar tashkil etish, kafedralar tarkibini shakllantirish to‘g‘risida” buyrug‘i hamda institut Ilmiy Kengashining 2011 yil 9 noyabr №1-sonli Qarori asosida institut rektorining 2011 yil 16 noyabr №634 L/O-sonli «Institut Ilmiy Kengashi Qarorlarini tasdiqlash haqida» buyrug‘i asosida tashkil etilgan.

Kafedraning ochilishiga mamlakatimizda servis va xizmat ko‘rsatish tarmoqlarining rivojlanishi istiqbollaridan kelib chiqib, O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Birinchi Prezidentining “2006-2007 o‘quv yilida ta’lim muassasalariga qabul qilish to‘g‘risida” Qarori asosida Farg‘ona politexnika institutida 2006 yildan boshlab 5810900 - “Servis (uy-joy va kommunal, maishiy xizmatlar)” ta’lim yo‘nalishi bo‘yicha bakalavrlar tayyorlanishi asos bo‘lgan.

Kafedrada: kafedra mudiri, dosentlar – 5 ta, katta o‘qituvchilar –6 ta, assistentlar – 7 ta, kabinet mudiri – 1 ta, laborant – 1 ta faoliyat ko‘rsatmoqdalar.

USLUBIY ISHLAR

  •            Kafedra professor-o‘qituvchilari tomonidan o‘qitiladigan barcha fanlardan ishchi o‘quv dasturlari, amaliy mashg‘ulotlar va mustaqil ta’lim uchun uslubiy ko‘rsatmalar tayyorlangan. Barcha fanlardan o‘quv – uslubiy majmualar ishlab chiqilgan.
  •            O‘zbek, rus va ingliz tillarida ma’ruza matnlari, test savollari to‘plami, amaliy mashg‘ulotlar va talabalar mustaqil ishlarini tashkil etish, shuningdek, kurs loyihalari va bitiruv malakaviy ishini bajarish bo‘yicha uslubiy ko‘rsatmalar ishlab chiqilgan. Ular kerakli miqdorda kompyuterda va bosmaxonada ko‘paytirilgan.
  •            Kafedraning barcha professor-o‘qituvchilari reja asosida Toshkent arxitektura va qurilish universitetida o‘z malakalarini oshirmoqdalar.
  •           Kafedra professor-o‘qituvchilaridan U.J. Nigmatov Energiya tejash va qayta tiklanishi energiya ma’lumotlari va kombinirovannыe solnechno-energeticheskie ustanovki promыshlennogo, kommunalьnogo i selskoxozyaysvennogo naznacheniya mavzulari bo‘yicha 2018 yilda xozirgi kundagi energiyani tejash va qayta tiklanuvchi energiyalari xaqida yangi monografiya chop etdi.

  •            Kafedrada “Mahalliy xom ashyo va sanoat korxonalari, chiqindilaridan foydalanib, beton va boshqa qurilish qorishmalari uchun to‘ldiruvchilar olish texnologiyalarini takomillashtirish”, “Bino va inshootlarning turli ekspluatasiya sharoitlarida kuchlanganlik-deformasiyalanish  holatini tadqiq qilish, texnik baholash, ularga  servis xizmati ko‘rsatishning  me’yoriy  asoslari, iqtisodiy samarador uslublari va texnologiyalarini yaratish”, “Temirbeton ramalarning uzoq muddatli yuklamalar va majburiy ko‘chishlar ta’siridagi deformasiyalanish-kuchlanganlik holati va mustahkamligi” mavzularida davlat byudjeti asosida ilmiy-tadqiqot ishlari olib borilmoqda.   •            Kafedra professor-o‘qituvchilari xalqaro, respublika, viloyat va institutlar miqyosida o‘tkazilayotgan qurilish va servis sohasiga oid simpozium va konferensiyalarda faol ishtirok etib, ilmiy ishlari natijalarini respublika va xorijiy mamlakatlar ilmiy jurnallarida chop etmoqda. Shuningdek kafedraning umumiy ilmiy yo‘nalishiga muvofiq ravishda barcha professor-o‘qituvchilar doktorlik va nomzodlik dissertasiyalari bo‘yicha ilmiy-tadqiqot ishlarini olib bormoqdalar.

MA’NAVIY-MA’RIFIY ISHLAR

  •           Kafedraning barcha professor o‘qituvchilari ta’lim yo‘nalishi akademik guruhlarida, Farg‘ona shaharda joylashgan 28- sonli umumiy o‘rta ta’lim maktabi, Buvayda avtomobil va yo‘llar KXK, Bog‘dod transport va qurilish KXKlari talabalari orasida murabbiylik va tarbiyaviy ishlarni olib boradilar.
  •          Kafedra tomonidan o‘quv jarayonida va talabalar turar joylarida O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidenti Sh.M.Mirzayoevning nutqlari va asarlarini, O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Oliy Majlisi sessiyalarining materiallari o‘rganishga alohida e’tibor berilmoqda. Talabalarning bo‘sh vaqtlarini mazmunli tashkillash, yot g‘oyalarga qarshi kurashish hamda talaba-yoshlarda mafkuraviy immunitetni kuchaytirish maqsadida reja asosida ma’naviy va ma’rifiy soatlar va “Kafedra kuni” tadbirlari o‘tkazib kelinmoqda.
