1. Application Process

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Research Your Program:
   • Explore our website to find a program that best suits your interests and career goals.
2. Prepare Your Documents:
   • Transcripts (High school diploma): Official transcripts from all secondary or post-secondary institutions attended.
   • Language Proficiency Test Scores (if available): TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent. The language certificate is not mandatory. If you do not have one,  we can test your language abilities through an interview.
   • Statement of Purpose: An essay detailing your academic interests, career aspirations, and reasons for choosing our university.
   • Passport Copy: A valid passport.
3. Submit Your Application:
   • Complete the online application form on our website.
4. Application Deadlines:
   • Deadline is not applicable, foreign applicants can apply throughout the year.
5. Interview Process:
   • International applicants are selected solely through an interview process. Once your application is reviewed, you are invited for an interview with our admissions committee. This interview will assess your suitability for the program and allow you to showcase your qualifications and motivation.

3. Legislation Governing the Application Process for Foreign Applicants

International applicants interested in pursuing higher education in Uzbekistan should be aware of the legislative framework that guides their application process. According to the regulations outlined by the Government of Uzbekistan, foreign applicants are subject to specific procedures and requirements to ensure a smooth and fair admission process into public higher education institutions (HEIs).

1. Admission Policies: The Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan oversees the admission policies for foreign students. These policies ensure that all applicants are treated fairly and are provided with equal opportunities for admission based on their qualifications.
2. Application Requirements: International students must submit an application form along with necessary documents, including academic transcripts, proof of prior education, a valid passport, and language proficiency certificates.
